Job Description:

Account Manager required with a background in SaaS, ideally from a telematics or fleet management/fleet safety software background, who has managed the entire customer journey from developing the customer relationship after a sale, through onboarding and implementation, to developing strategic account plans, conducting reviews, and managing the customer lifecycle to ensure product adoption, customer success, contract renewal, and account expansion. The role is with a world leader in AI-driven driver coaching and safety software for bus and coach fleet operators.

This is a remote role within the UK with some travel. Salary circa £50-60k, plus Car Allowance, Bonus (circa 20-30%), and Benefits.

Key skills required:
  • Proven experience in large customer account management and success within a SaaS environment, with skills in upselling and expanding accounts.
  • Experience in developing strategic account plans and engaging with stakeholders up to C-level.
  • Experience in telematics, fleet management, or driver safety software.
  • Experience managing accounts for bus/coach fleets or bus operators in the UK is advantageous.
  • Understanding of health and safety management and driver safety processes is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively managing accounts.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to stakeholders.
  • Develop relationships within accounts, engaging up to C-level.
  • Ensure timely software renewals and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct product trials and evaluations.
  • Assist in qualification of sales opportunities and maintain CRM opportunities.
  • Support finance with invoice accuracy and payment issues.
  • Understand customer organization and act as primary escalation point.
