Role Overview

Within CAA Brand Consulting, we have 200+ specialists working with over 40 leading brands. Our London office is hiring an Account Manager for the Talent & Influencer team to lead several high-profile sports and entertainment brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong pulse on popular culture, with deep experience and relationships in sports, entertainment, and lifestyle talent and influencers. You will develop and deliver talent and influencer campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly and meet client objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and refine end-to-end talent and influencer campaigns, including talent curation, contract negotiation, relationship management, planning, content delivery, budgeting, and measurement.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with agencies, talent, and influencers.
  • Collaborate with client teams to develop strategies aligned with KPIs.
  • Create creative, distribution, and marketing plans for activations.
  • Write briefs for talent and influencers.
  • Provide measurement, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for talent and influencers internally and externally.
  • Attend industry networking events.
  • Be flexible to travel within the UK and abroad.
