Job summary

Trouw Nutrition, a Nutreco company, is seeking an Account Manager Swine to grow a UK portfolio. You will combine technical swine nutrition knowledge with commercial acumen to help farmers, distributors, and industry partners improve profitability and performance.

This role offers autonomy to manage a broad territory, frequent customer visits across the UK, and a pathway for professional development within a global animal-nutrition group.

Qualifications

  • Swine industry experience, ideally in nutrition, support, account management or sales.
  • Technical understanding of swine production, nutrition and farming practices.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts in a practical, commercial way.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a large territory.
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, or agricultural networks is advantageous.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the UK swine market.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers within the UK swine market. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll combine technical expertise with commercial insight to create long-term value for customers and the business.
