You will be responsible for…

  • Managing and growing existing business relationships, including cross-selling and upselling activities with a defined set of customers based in Europe.
  • Identifying cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers within the Retail and FMCG industries.
  • Handling inquiries and requests from customers to address their needs.
  • Engaging daily with stakeholders such as Logistics, IT, procurement, and senior management.
  • Generating progress reports and maintaining opportunity updates in the CRM system.

You are ready if you have…

  • 5+ years of experience in selling logistics and/or Logistics SaaS solutions to large corporations.
  • Good knowledge of the Retail and FMCG industries is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A successful track record of exceeding quotas and positive customer feedback.
  • A hunter mentality to grow revenue with key accounts.
  • The ability to work conceptually, connect quickly with new people, and build trust and rapport.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
