ROLE DESCRIPTION

Responsible for maintaining STR’s position as a market leader in hotel benchmarking, you will drive growth by managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, nurturing, closing, onboarding, training, and renewal. You will support and build client relationships, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role demands expertise in hotel performance statistics, attention to detail, and experience in account management, sales, or hospitality industry knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Retain and grow revenue by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  2. Expand STR’s client base through new acquisitions, targeting owners, management companies, associations, and vendors.
  3. Present and educate clients on STR’s products and solutions.
  4. Collaborate on market initiatives, product launches, and operational transitions.
  5. Maintain accurate records in Census and CRM, tracking sales activities and client engagement.
  6. Represent STR at meetings, conferences, and industry events, delivering data insights and presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a Sales Account Manager with success in hunting and retaining business.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, managing complex clients, and achieving targets.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of hotel and travel sectors; hospitality industry experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and Baltic states; driving license desirable.
