This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager or Senior Account Executive looking to take the next step in their career to join an exciting client team working on an exceptional sponsorship portfolio across motorsports, football, golf and cricket. This is a fixed contract until April 2026, with the possibility to extend (but no promises can be made).

We are seeking an individual to work closely with the Account Director and the client’s business units to support all IP and brand asset management. This will include supporting approvals both internally and externally, utilising the client’s centralised digital asset management platform.

A keen eye for detail, coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for process, is essential to success in this fast-paced role. This position is designed for someone with a passion for sports sponsorship, thrives in a dynamic setting and is capable of managing several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support for the management of the client’s sponsorship-related branding assets, including images, video footage, and intellectual property (IP) assets, across all sponsorship properties.
  • Collaborate with all sponsorship partners to collect, organize, and maintain branding materials, including photographs, video footage, logos, and associated IP rights.
  • Provide support in coordinating with the client’s internal business units, subsidiaries, and external partners to review and approve all sponsorship-related content prior to publication or use.
  • Support the Account Director in day-to-day client servicing, including tracking approvals, managing workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between the client, partners, and agencies.
  • Ensure all branding and IP-related activities shall be conducted in full compliance with the client’s internal brand guidelines, sponsorship governance strategy, and intellectual property policies, including those related to trademark usage, copyright, and co-branding standards.
  • Support the review and approve all content produced in collaboration with the client, partners, and the legal department, as required, to ensure compliance with brand, legal, and IP standards.
  • Support in collaboration with the client, its partners, and external agencies, the design, development, and documentation of sponsorship-related IP rights to ensure consistent brand protection and value creation.
