Job Description:

Account Manager

Digital Natives is a Social-First Creative Agency based in East London. Our rapidly growing tribe works together to create best-in-class social campaigns for global brands, covering beauty, food & beverage, and consumer goods.

Who we’re searching for

The role of Account Manager is a mid-level position in our Account Management team. Reporting into a Business Director, you will work alongside other team members on various projects and client accounts within our portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects—from briefing designers, copywriters, and content creators to understanding and creating budgets and timelines. You’ll act as the bridge between departments and between the agency and clients. Your tasks include building strategic plans, coordinating resources, ensuring projects stay within budget, and balancing client expectations with work execution.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to add value to our clients from day one. You’ll lead meetings and briefings, act as a key client contact, and maintain high client satisfaction to foster strong relationships. As a cross-departmental role, it requires a solid understanding of social media marketing and business operations. Your goal is to understand client needs and develop and grow accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the smooth delivery of projects, retainers, and internal agency work
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and quality standards
  • Liaise with and manage creative, strategy, and production teams daily
  • Act as the bridge between departments and drive campaigns forward
  • Collaborate with finance, share weekly updates, and monitor budgets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as an ambassador for Digital Natives
  • Lead client communications, including briefings, calls, status updates, and reports
  • Require 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within an agency
  • Prior experience in social media marketing
  • A keen interest in social media, marketing, and digital platforms
  • Proactive approach and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Effective team player with attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

Behavioral requirements:

  • Seeking a step-up role to lead paid social media
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and influence
  • Creative, quick thinker with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to manage targets and deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Willingness to take initiative

Extra benefits:

  • Flexible working (2 remote days, 3 in-office)
  • 25 days annual leave + personal day
  • Training and development programs
  • Summer early finish hours
  • Private Medical Insurance & wellbeing perks
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Team socials and wellbeing activities
