Job description

The successful candidate will forge and nurture strong relationships with a designated portfolio of clients and be on hand to advise on all things print and marketing, whilst promoting the company brand and ethos.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support
  • Share expert knowledge of the company’s capabilities to educate and assist clients
  • Tailor solutions to meet individual client needs, demonstrating flexibility and creativity
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely booking into production
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Client Services etc.) to deliver outstanding service
  • Oversee workflows and communicate progress updates with clients

Skills/Background/Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Print industry experience
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
