Overview

The Account Manager role is a Hybrid position, covering our Newcastle and Washington Branches, with regular customer visits in your sales territory.

Salary starting from £30,000 plus commission, access to our company car scheme, plus excellent benefits package, including:

Responsibilities
  • Rapport Building – working to build rapport with our existing customers and establish relationships with prospective new customers.
  • Understand Customer Needs – selling through trust, taking the time to understand our customers challenges, and providing the solutions that best suit each customer.
  • Administration – following up each meeting by accurately completing the relevant paperwork and email confirmations.
  • Attention to Detail – updating internal records, accurately providing customers with costs, quotes, and contract options.
  • Meet Targets – striving to exceed new business targets and grow existing business, through excellent account management.
  • Presenting – using PowerPoint to clearly update stakeholders throughout the region, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements
  • A full and clean UK driving licence is essential, as you will travel to meet customers in person.
  • Experience working within a sales environment would be an advantage.
