Managing a team of 3 Beauty Consultants/Therapists, you will be responsible for managing our counter at Selfridges, Birmingham. You will implement effective weekly business plans and work towards maximizing retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our incredible existing clients while recruiting new customers to the brand. You have the chance to utilize our beauty room to enhance the customer experience and host on/off counter events.
