Account Manager Sales/Marketing #RQ1516451

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Our in-house team at North Yorkshire Council manages accounts ranging from leisure and cultural venues to behavioural change campaigns and destination marketing. We also work with a broad range of business clients on projects from housing to highways construction. We are seeking experienced account managers to support our internal team.

• The communications unit provides services on behalf of the council to internal and external customers. This includes media liaison and crisis management, creative editorial production and direction, media training, customer communications, consultations, marketing campaigns, design, branding, video production, social media training/governance and management, website training/governance/management. The team plays a critical role in supporting North Yorkshire Council’s focus on channel shift – enabling customers to interact and transact online. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are considered.

Work schedule: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service
  • References for the last 5 years of employment
