Job description

Due to continued success and positive outlook, this company is seeking an experienced Fire Protection Account Manager to join their Melbourne team. Involved in a range of projects across construction markets: commercial, industrial, health, and education. With a strong and supportive leadership team in place, this group also has offices around the country, providing greater opportunities.

Your day will consist of :

Your role will involve working across a diverse range of Melbourne projects in various sectors. You will manage accounts and sales with clients, builders, building managers, and stakeholders, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining an organized approach to the account cycle and sales reporting.

Key criteria / duties in the role :
  1. Manage existing and new business growth within a defined portfolio of accounts in the fire industry.
  2. Meet and exceed targeted revenue and profit targets in areas such as Inspection & Testing, Defect Rectification, Products, Certification, Training, and Minor Works.
  3. Construct Account Plans for all major clients and accounts.
  4. Provide scheduled account and sales reports and periodic business forecasting.
  5. Trade, Diploma, or degree qualifications in fire or related field.
