Job Description

• You will be accountable for growing the research business and meeting sales budgets in the South England territory.
• You will be selling research consumables and reagents, and the full workflow to new and existing customers, covering cellular research, immunology, cancer research, neuroscience, stem cell research, and others.
• You are responsible for developing and implementing an effective territory business plan in line with the company's strategic goals.
• You will develop relationships with customers and key opinion leaders in academia, biotech, CROs/CMOs, and pharmaceutical companies.
• You'll also be an effective communicator, presenting seminars, performing instrument demonstrations, and supporting Miltenyi Biotec at trade fairs, congresses, and symposia.

Qualifications

• You have a BSc in a biological discipline or an MSc/PhD in Immunology, Cell analysis, or Cancer Biology, with several years of sales experience.
• You have strong commercial experience, demonstrating your ability to strategically plan account activities and forecast sales accurately.
• The position requires you to be well-organized with good interpersonal skills and commercial flair.
• You're an excellent presenter, comfortable in one-on-one and larger audiences (from research students to senior scientists).
• You will travel regularly, with some overnight stays, and be based within the M4 Corridor.
