This role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling digital platform focused on authenticity and user engagement. As the Account Manager for the EMEA region, you will play a critical role in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, provide detailed performance insights, and identify growth opportunities for advertisers. Your ability to balance technical ad operations with client-facing communication will be central to your success in this role.

Accountabilities:

  • Prepare, launch, and manage digital ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager and proprietary ad tech tools
  • Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies in real-time, and ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, conducting regular check-ins and delivering performance updates
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value
  • Collaborate with internal teams across sales, product, and marketing to align on strategy and execution
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for future campaigns
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager within an ad tech environment or similar field
  • Proven expertise in managing digital campaigns and working with ad tech platforms, especially Google Ad Manager
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and campaign outcomes clearly
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
