An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing recruitment consultancy specialising in the blue collar construction sector. We are seeking a driven and professional Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with existing clients, focusing on delivering high-quality service and sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience who enjoys working on warm desks and building long-term client partnerships rather than cold sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the blue collar construction sector
  2. Understand client hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
  3. Maximise opportunities within current accounts through excellent service and communication
  4. Collaborate with the wider recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and candidate quality
