Job Description:

Our client is an innovative Retail Graphics & POS, Large Format Print, Window and Retail Displays, and Cardboard Engineering Company that offers comprehensive retail print solutions. They leverage extensive market knowledge and experience to provide clients with efficient project implementation and well-organized execution.

The role of Account Manager/Project Manager involves reporting directly to the department manager, working closely with a CAD Engineer on a select group of clients across various channels. You will need to understand creative briefs, collaborate with studio and production teams to manage workflow, and work with your manager to ensure efficient and high-standard delivery of client campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, passionate about consumer marketing and branding, and able to work on-site in a full-time office role to benefit from creative and mentoring opportunities.

Preferred experience: 1 year in account management.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Coordinate deadlines, workflow, and studio resources.
  • Work with the CAD engineer to interpret client briefs and manage projects through the creative studio.
  • Assist with weekly processes including resource planning and invoicing.
  • Report on campaign activities to the manager.
  • Support the team with conceptual campaign briefs, research, and contributing to creative direction.
  • Estimate project costs using Shuttleworth (training provided).
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers.
  • Develop understanding of clients' brands, products, services, and market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Maintain a proactive attitude and stay calm under pressure.
