Our client is an innovative Retail Graphics & POS, Large Format Print, Window and Retail Displays, and Cardboard Engineering Company that offers the ultimate service in retail print solutions. They provide efficient implementation and well-organized execution of projects, backed by extensive market knowledge and experience.

The role of an Account Manager/Project Manager involves reporting directly to the department manager and working closely with a CAD Engineer on a select group of clients across various channels. You should be familiar with creative briefs, coordinate with studio and production teams to manage workflow, and collaborate with your manager to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of client campaigns.

We seek an organized Account/Project Manager with superb attention to detail, a passion for consumer marketing and branding, primarily within the retail industry. This is a full-time, office-based role designed to foster creativity and skill development through on-site mentoring and collaboration.

Responsibilities / Requirements:

  • Coordinate deadlines, workflow, and studio resources
  • Work with the CAD engineer to interpret client briefs and manage projects through the creative studio
  • Assist with weekly processes such as resource planning and invoicing
  • Report on campaign activities to the manager
  • Support the team with conceptual campaign briefs, including research and contributing to creative direction
  • Estimate costs using Shuttleworth (training provided)
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers
  • Develop understanding of clients' brands, products, services, and market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Maintain a proactive attitude and stay calm under pressure
