About the Role

• Provide support to the Account Executives and New Business Executives in servicing client policies
• Manage client renewals and adjustments promptly and professionally
• Prepare client and market documentation accurately
• Identify risk exposures and advise on insurance and risk management solutions
• Provide administrative support following Lockton procedures
• Create and update relevant systems
• Liaise with insurers and clients as needed
• Resolve accounts queries promptly and accurately
• Maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Apply good insurance knowledge from previous roles
• Build and maintain good business relationships and support team members
• Manage own time effectively and prioritize tasks without compromising quality
• Manage clients successfully while identifying opportunities for business development
