Job description

The Account Manager will work on a number of client accounts and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction. You will be working on various world-class marketing campaigns including temporary, permanent and semi-permanent POS activations. The applicants will be pro-active in their approach towards the clients and helping them meet all business objectives.

Candidates should have experience in working directly with brands and retailers, taking production briefs and have a good understanding of the print & production processes. Supporting the Group Account Director in providing excellent services, the Account Manager will be responsible for time and cost management of their own projects to always deliver against agreed SLA's and KPI's.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager who will work alongside a talented and friendly team.

Primary Objectives
  • Manage projects from start to finish paying close attention to detail and being mindful of the clients' requirements and company's business needs.
  • Take briefs from Group Account Director or clients and ensure that all relevant information is captured to process projects smoothly internally.
  • Continually look at improving processes that will benefit both the clients and the business. Discuss with the Group Account Director and take ownership in finding effective solutions and sharing best practices amongst the team.
  • Display a positive 'can do' attitude, manage client expectations when required, and deliver exceptional services.
  • Build and develop excellent relationships with internal stakeholders including the studio, structural, estimating, production, finance, and account teams to ensure that everyone is working together to deliver excellent services to the clients.
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolve issues and tackle challenges, taking guidance from the Group Account Director.
  • Continually look for new opportunities and drive growth within your client accounts. Manage and take full ownership of your projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring the successful execution of key campaigns within timeline and budget.
  • Attend client briefing meetings as and when required. Have a pro-active role in offering advice and support.
  • Create critical paths based on clients and retailers deadlines, making sure that the production team is aware of the projects and timelines.
  • Ensure commercial governance on all projects and provide client POS in a timely manner.
  • Provide the Group Account Director with suggestions on how to add value to processes and systems whenever possible, driving more effective ways of working and seeking cost savings.
  • Spend time in stores viewing marketing campaigns and consider how they have been implemented to suggest ideas and improve offering.
  • Maintain the WIP to-to-date at all times, including commercial data that is used for forecasting purposes.
  • Ensure that all client information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
  • Work with the Group Account Director to create any required reporting or forecasting for the clients and business.
Requirements
  • Must have previous POS experience - good understanding of the print & production processes.
