Job Description:

The role

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring meaningful and timely communication.
  • Work proactively with clients, providing advice and solutions to their problems.
  • Interpret client specifications and provide quotations promptly, adhering to service level agreements.
  • Create work instructions accurately in the system, brief internal teams, and manage projects from start to finish to ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source project collateral, request quotes, raise purchase orders, and place orders.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing for all managed projects.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Attend meetings with internal teams and clients as required.

Experience, competencies, and knowledge required:

  • Proven experience as an account manager with knowledge of the print and/or direct mail industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret client specifications, briefs, and artwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good IT and computer skills.
