About the role

Due to growth, we are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with print experience to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects from concept to delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of service. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, working closely with the production team to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Manage multiple accounts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and finishing, to deliver high-quality work.
• Provide advice to clients on print specifications and available options.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project timelines.
• Assist in new business development.
• Ensure smooth workflow and problem-solve any challenges that arise during project execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management within the print industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.
• A proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of print production and design processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ideally available to start the role ASAP.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £28k-£32k based on experience. At Maxim Print, you’ll be part of a small, friendly team with decades of combined experience they can impart.
