The Role and What You’ll Do:

We are looking for a passionate and culturally attuned Account Manager to join our team and work across two of our accounts as well as smaller projects and campaigns. With a strong focus on sport and lifestyle, you will contribute to work that spans football, rugby, golf, running, and tennis—supporting everything from proactive media outreach and influencer collaborations to integrated campaign planning and content creation. You will be a trusted client contact, confident in managing timelines, creative outputs, and reporting, while ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard.

The Account Manager will be a member of our PR, Creator and Social team but will work collaboratively within an integrated client team comprising Strategy, Creative and Partnerships. One of the core accounts has a global footprint, providing you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international markets, including involvement in events and brand activations in the UAE and APAC regions.

This is a dynamic and collaborative role suited to someone with a passion for sport paired with knowledge of how these sports connect with audiences through media, influencers and content, a sharp eye for storytelling, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Essential Functions

  • Client relationship management: act as a day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth communication and delivery against briefs.

  • Campaign planning and execution: lead the coordination and execution of integrated PR, influencer, and social campaigns, from concept through to delivery and reporting.

  • Media and influencer relations: build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and creators across lifestyle, sport, and culture; manage outreach and activation.

  • Content and storytelling development: support the creation of compelling stories and content that resonate across earned, social, and influencer channels.

  • Project and timeline management: own timelines, status documents, and budgets, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with creative, strategy, partnerships and experiential teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns.

  • Event and activation support: support in planning and executing live events, influencer and media activations

  • Social media coordination: support content planning, community management and reporting across brand social channels, ensuring output aligns with tone and strategy.

  • Insight and reporting: track, analyse, and report on campaign and content performance; contribute to post-campaign evaluations and learnings.

  • Trend spotting and cultural awareness: stay on top of relevant trends in sport, culture and digital to inform campaign work and add value to client recommendations.

You Have These:

  • 3–4 years of relevant agency experience, ideally within the sport and lifestyle space.

  • Experience of delivering PR, influencer and social campaigns for UK and international brands and businesses

  • A strong track record in client-servicing and campaign delivery.

  • Strong understanding of earned, influencer, and social media: confident across all three areas, with knowledge of how they integrate within broader marketing strategies.

  • Knowledge of the social and digital landscape: including relevant platforms and cultural trends.

  • Media and influencer landscape knowledge: in-depth awareness of UK media, creators, and cultural tastemakers across sport, lifestyle, and youth culture.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication: skilled at drafting press materials, social copy, influencer briefs and client communications with clarity and tone of voice.

  • Campaign and project management: ability to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders across multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative thinking and storytelling: able to spot compelling angles, generate culturally relevant ideas and contribute to creative campaign ideas.

We’d Love If You Also Have These:

  • Relationship-building: skilled in developing strong relationships with clients, media, creators and internal teams; a natural collaborator and communicator.

  • Cultural curiosity: in tune with trends, conversations, and moments shaping sport, fashion, music, and lifestyle, with an ability to translate these into impactful work.

  • Analytical mindset and experience: can report campaign results clearly and meaningfully.

  • Event and activation experience: comfortable supporting on planning, and execution of live experiences and brand moments.

  • Detail-oriented and organised: diligent in managing multiple moving parts, ensuring all outputs are delivered on time and to a high standard.

  • Flexible and proactive mindset: comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a solutions-focused, can-do attitude.
