This is a pivotal role in delivering client success and enhancing the value of AI-powered insights for commercial and medical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client onboarding, engagement, and ongoing relationship management
  • Drive product adoption, monitor usage, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management, ideally in pharma or biotech
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage client lifecycles end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in English (additional language a plus)
