Job Description:

We are currently working with a leading West Yorkshire based B1 / B2, Digital Print, POS and Direct Mail company that is seeking to expand their team. Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to take on and develop a portfolio of high-profile accounts.

The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in Litho, Digital Print, POS, or Direct Mail. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met while identifying opportunities for further business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Account Development: Manage a selection of high-profile accounts, with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Production Liaison: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside sales teams, contributing to strategy and execution.
  • Estimating: Experience in estimating is advantageous, enhancing your ability to provide accurate client proposals.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Litho, Digital, POS, or Direct Mail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Estimating experience is a plus but not required.
