Job Summary:
Function/Team:UK Territory Software Sales
Location:Field Based – Northern UK Region
Contract Type:Permanent
Work Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What You Will Do:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate relationship builders who can manage existing business and develop new streams of business from our customers and prospects. You will be able to deal with all levels of customers, from Chief Executive to Engineer and be able to develop strong relationships as a result. You will be dynamic and hardworking with a will to win.

The unique simulation-driven approach to innovation is powered by our integrated suite of software which optimizes design performance across multiple disciplines encompassing structures, motion, fluids, thermal management, electromagnetics, system modeling and embedded systems, while also providing data analytics and true-to-life visualization and rendering. The opportunity to grow existing accounts by leveraging the Altair technology portfolio is significant.

What You Will Need:
Qualifications
·Minimum 5 years sales experience, with preferably at least 2 years as a account manager, with a proven track record of success.
·Demonstrated basic understanding of PLM or engineering simulation space.
·Minimum bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or bachelor’s degree with technical sales experience.
·Excellent communication (including at executive level), organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across globally diverse accounts.
·UK Driving license
