Job Description:

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Go-To-Market sales team to drive our Experian Marketing Services (EMS) data product sales across multiple verticals including Financial Services, Telco, Utilities, and Insurance and Pensions.

  1. Revenue Generation: Achieve overall business objectives in sales and new business development to maximise revenue growth and opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop partnerships with key clients to understand their needs. Be the primary contact for EMS assigned accounts and conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
  3. Account Planning and Growth: Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and increase client growth. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software and platform solutions.
  4. Solution Delivery: Work with our teams (e.g., sales, product development, marketing) to develop and deliver customised solutions that meet client needs, ensuring successful implementation.
  5. Market and Client Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics. Monitor client industries to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly.
  6. Communication and Reporting: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management. Provide regular updates on account status, progress, and growth metrics to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in new business sales of data products, with experience selling marketing data solutions being desirable.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic growth strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software and platform solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
