£35,000 Basic | OTE £55,000+ | Uncapped Bonus
Location: Wigan | Hybrid (Office & field)

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for new business and selling into the education sector?

We’re looking for a motivated, new business Account Manager to join a growing team in Manchester, specialising in the education sector.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for generating new business for education clients. This is a hybrid role combining account management and some field work.

Your day will include:

  • Building relationships with decision-makers within schools, academies, and trusts
  • Developing new business opportunities through outbound calls and warm leads generated from the telemarketing team
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Managing a structured sales pipeline and forecasting performance
About You

You’re an outgoing, confident communicator who can engage with education leaders and build trust quickly.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in New Business Account Management, Sales, new business (B2B or Education sector preferred)
  • Proven success working to targets and KPIs
  • Ability to manage your own diary and workload effectively
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Confidence to close sales over the phone
  • A positive, motivated, and proactive attitude
