Location: Hybrid Working – You can be based anywhere in the South with occasional visits to the office in Stoke or Lowestoft (whichever is closer)

Duties
  • Client Management: Serve as a key contact for assigned accounts, building long-term relationships
  • Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and provide tailored branding solutions
  • Account Growth: Drive business development through upselling, cross-selling, and prospecting
  • Project Liaison: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects meet client expectations
  • Performance Monitoring: Track account activity, feedback, and progress against milestones
  • Proposals And Quotations: Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing
  • Client Engagement: Attend meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events
  • Sales Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets using a consultative, customer-first approach
