Benchmob offers digital strategy and content creation to some of the best artists in music, as well as some of the most well known brands on the internet. Our team engages millions of fans across the globe every day, and many of the processes and ideas we come up with set an industry standard and create earned media moments.

We are looking for a London-based Account Manager who lives and breathes on the internet and has great taste across art, culture, and media. Join our dedicated teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts and campaigns the internet has to offer. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator and effective leader who can oversee multiple clients and deliverables. This role will be a full-time position and will require attendance to IRL content shoots with creative team members, shooters, and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Overall, you’ll be driving successful digital and content strategy for your clients across music and video releases, tours, events, merch and more
  • You’re going to be contributing ideas for day-to-day creation of social media content, often engaging in and actively participating in team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings.
  • You are the point person for Benchmob in the UK; not only an educational resource for clients but an excellent team member, interfacing and working directly with Creatives and other Account Teams, as well as being a professional face.
  • You’ll spend a lot of time on social media. Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best, specifically TikTok/Reels/Shorts, is what sets us apart from other agencies.
  • You will be on the ground working with clients at content shoots, working alongside content creators to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also be working closely with and managing a full time creative and freelance creatives.
  • You’ll report directly to the CEO and Head of Music but you will also work in tandem with the rest of the Account Teams, building daily handovers and action lists with them.
  • You will also serve as a marketing / creative consultant for select clients, working directly with artists’ teams. Communication with the labels and management teams daily is required, as well as handling all artist needs while the US team is offline.

  • Always up to speed on best practices and social trends
  • Some experience with community tools like Laylo, co:brand, etc
  • In depth knowledge of Google Docs and Word/Excel
  • Any experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar
  • Has roots in the UK, with knowledge of local culture, language/slang, and community
