What you will be doing:
  • Maintaining and developing a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, building business relationships through ongoing solutions advice.
  • Understanding the customer’s key business and talent needs through continuous communication, probing, and listening.
  • Developing new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects.
  • Promoting the SHL brand in the marketplace.
What we are looking for:

Essential:

  • Fluency in English and either Swedish or Dutch.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ambition for career success.
