Location: Hybrid - Monday and Weds in their office in Kent

Love the buzz of the MICE world? We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and connecting incredible destinations and hotels with the right audiences.

You’ll be the face of some truly exciting clients - from iconic destinations like Banff to stylish luxury hotel groups in Asia - and your work will help bring unforgettable meetings, incentives, conferences, and events to life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Growing relationships across the MICE and corporate travel community in the UK and Europe.
  • Actively driving new leads, opening doors, and securing business for our clients.
  • Representing clients at industry events, networking forums, and roadshows (think SITE, M&IT Awards, IBTM, The Meetings Show, and more).
  • Supporting fam trips, trade partnerships, and creative promotional initiatives that make our clients stand out.
  • Keeping everything on track with smart organisation and clear communication, from CRM updates to client reporting.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with strong sales instincts and the confidence to build lasting relationships.
  • A natural communicator who’s at ease with clients, partners, and colleagues alike.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling projects.
  • Well-connected in the industry, with a genuine love for travel, events, and hospitality.

This is a role where no two days look the same. One moment you might be presenting a stunning Canadian destination, the next you’re liaising with hotels in Asia on proposals, or coordinating a London sales mission.
