The role

As an Account Manager, you will maintain and support daily relationships between our business and clients. You should be confident, outgoing, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enthusiastic about managing various projects.

The ideal candidate will enjoy organizing and managing project specifics to ensure that projects are innovative, impactful, accurately priced, and delivered on time and within budget through effective client handling and account management.

Requirements

  • Essential: Approximately 3–4 years of healthcare agency experience in client services roles
  • Experience organizing and attending scientific meetings (e.g., congresses, symposia, advisory boards)
  • Strong project management and delivery skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects within an account
  • Ability to mentor junior staff
  • Strategic understanding of project/account objectives and contribution to strategic planning
