The Role

As an Account Manager at Linassi+Co, youll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations. Youll be both a strategist and a relationship builder, translating client needs into clear briefs for our creative team, keeping everyone aligned, and spotting opportunities to add value.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety, can juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat, and genuinely enjoys building strong, long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the Linassi+Co team
  • Develop a deep understanding of each clients brand, industry, and objectives
  • Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Translate client goals into actionable creative briefs
  • Coordinate with designers, strategists, and copywriters to bring concepts to life
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to grow your accounts
  • Track and report on project performance, presenting insights and recommendations
  • Ensure client communications are clear, consistent, and on-brand

About You

  • 3+ years experience in account management, ideally within a creative agency or marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you can build rapport quickly and maintain trust
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable working with both creative and strategic teams
  • Commercially savvy, with a knack for spotting growth opportunities
