Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager (Maternity Cover) to join focusgov and support our digital services that positively impact vulnerable populations. This is a fixed-term contract until August 2026.

We are a leading provider of digital solutions in social care, working with over forty local authorities. Our projects include the Care Leavers App and digital initiatives for special educational needs and disabilities.

The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, managing work requests, supporting project delivery, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and internal teams, managing support calls, and tracking sales metrics.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in an account management role within a digital or marketing agency or software environment, with proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and communicate effectively.

Additional desirable skills include experience with Hubspot CRM, digital project management, and public sector work.
