What You Will Do

We seek a highly motivated salesperson with a proven track record. Your responsibilities include managing key client relationships and developing new ones to maximize opportunities both initially and ongoing.

How You Will Do It

You will generate prospects through existing contacts, tenders, social media, referrals, calls, meetings, and product demonstrations. Negotiations at the board level with large companies are common. Experience in security sales is advantageous but not essential. You will prepare proposals and costings with support from our sales design team. A proven track record of exceeding £2m in sales over the last three years is required.

Critical to this role is mapping customer networks, understanding organizational structures, and developing holistic relationships at all levels, including C-suite. Building relationships with executive clients and demonstrating the value of our solutions is essential. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple customers within one organization or sector are required.

This role focuses on New Build Construction and Fit Out sectors. Experience and existing relationships with top contractors and electrical firms, along with comfort working to tender deadlines, are essential.

What We Look For

  • Experience in a similar sales role
  • Preference for experience in Integrated Security Solutions
  • Skills in relationship, solution, account, or multi-call selling
  • Strong tender, bid writing, and portal management skills
  • Knowledge of security standards and system design codes
  • Experience with configure-price-quote tools and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com)
