What will you be doing?

Firstly, build real and meaningful relationships with our customers. Beyond that, develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership that provides the best possible service, keeping our customers and patients at the centre of what we do. This role will work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure that product availability meets their needs and the needs of the patient.

What does success look like?

Success will be determined by revenue growth and improved service provision and efficiency in our business interactions with customers.

It involves taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for our patients. We expect such relationships to maximize sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to proactively drive growth.

Candidates should have:

  • Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry,
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and non-clinical partners,
  • Strong business development experience, including identifying and winning new accounts within private hospitals or NHS environments,
  • The ability to stay up-to-date with developments related to your customers,
  • Think like a business owner—assess your territory and identify emerging market trends,
  • Valid UK Driving License.

Travel requirements: Approximately 75% domestic travel.
