Are you passionate about luxury skincare and exceptional customer experience? We're hiring!

Due to expansion, La Prairie is looking for dynamic Account Managers for key London flagship stores in early 2025. We welcome candidates considering their next move in luxury beauty and interested in future Account Manager vacancies.

Our Account Managers have varied roles, including implementing effective weekly business plans and working towards maximizing retail performance targets. Successful candidates will work with existing clients and recruit new customers. Depending on the location, you may utilize our beauty room to enhance customer experience and host on/off counter events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales by using La Prairie's selling and training guidelines.
  • Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and counter.
  • Conduct traffic stops with new launches or marketing promotions.
  • Listen to and identify customer needs.
  • Invite customers for skincare consultations.
  • Organize external events to generate business.
  • Ensure the counter is stocked and products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines.
Skills and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (not essential but preferred).
  • Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments.
