We're looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager to head up a prestigious hospitality site within a major professional services HQ near Marylebone Station. This is a rare opportunity to shape a hospitality experience from the ground up - combining leadership, client engagement, and premium service delivery in a fast-paced, corporate setting.

What You'll Be Leading
  • A vibrant caf serving over 1,200 coffees daily
  • A bustling restaurant with 600+ covers for breakfast and lunch
  • VIP meeting room hospitality with white-glove service
  • An exclusive 6th-floor terrace hosting after-hours events
  • A professional front-of-house & reception team ensuring seamless guest arrival and client support
Your Responsibilities
  • Full P&L ownership, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team
  • Champion a five-star service culture across all outlets
  • Ensure a front-of-house experience that reflects the client's premium brand
  • Oversee event planning and delivery
  • Be proactive, solutions-focused, and unflappable under pressure

Monday to Friday, with occasional evening events. Based just moments from Marylebone Station.
