Role Summary: As an Account Manager at Patsnap, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer success and revenue growth by managing a portfolio of innovative clients in the life sciences vertical. This position is at the heart of building lasting relationships, driving renewals, and uncovering opportunities for expansion. You’ll collaborate with some of the world’s leading innovators ensuring they derive maximum value from Patsnap’s solutions while achieving your retention and growth targets. What You'll be Doing:
Key point of contact for an account pack consisting of our customers, working towards a net renewal and expansion target (80% renewal, 20% expansion)Build and maintain strong relationships with some of the world’s greatest innovatorsIdentify and grow opportunities within your account packNegotiate commercial agreements, conduct customer Kick-off’s and Quarterly Business ReviewsPrioritize tasks while effectively managing internal and external stakeholdersConsistently deliver rolling 90-day forecastsKeep up to date with all major product updates and articulate their value to our clientsClearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersAbility to show aptitude for using these things: Outreach, Salesforce, Pendo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools within the Patsnap tech stackUse internal and external resources to master Account Management concepts in SaaS and become a Patsnap subject matter expertAbout You:
2+ years of experience in a B2B sales or client facing rolesLeads by example and exemplifies Patsnap’s iLOGIC valuesSelf-starter with a desire to learn and grow quicklyCurious, adaptable and thrive working in an innovative and fast-paced environmentFoundational understanding of Sales MethodologiesFoundational understanding Customer Success in SaaSComfortable presenting to both end users and decision-makersA team player when it comes to internal collaborationEducation or sales experience in life sciences industry highly beneficialWhat You'll Love:
