Responsibilities:
  • Manage Lubrizol Life Science accounts, serving as the primary contact for customers in the UK and Nordics.
  • Travel within the UK and Europe for customer meetings, conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, promote our portfolio, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, monitor market risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through technical and commercial support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manage forecasting, demand planning, and supply chain issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or Cosmetic Technology.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong affinity with Personal Care and/or Nutraceuticals sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English; second language desirable.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Able to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%).
