Job Purpose

To deliver excellent service to our invoice finance customers, supporting them throughout their relationship from onboarding to termination. Your role involves identifying risks to protect our capital and ensuring clients receive great outcomes.

Key Duties

• Manage facilities according to sanctioned terms and mandates
• Help evolve procedures adopting industry best practices
• Onboard clients, ensuring facilities meet their needs and desired outcomes
• Develop strong client relationships and understand their business and funding needs
• Manage Client Executives focusing on performance and development
• Assist in managing recovery cases and strategy implementation
• Review data to identify risks and propose mitigation
• Review and negotiate facility variations
• Support colleagues across sales, operations, risk, and SME divisions
• Contribute to team tasks, especially during high workload periods

About You

Key Skills

• At least 5 years of invoice finance experience at a senior operational level
• Strong risk identification and communication skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Dancerace and RiskFactor is a plus
• Curious mindset to gather broad information and assess security
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing high workloads and ownership of tasks
• Positive, flexible team player willing to support others
• Organized, able to prioritize and work under pressure
• Professional confidentiality and integrity
• ABFA Foundation Certificate
• Financial analysis skills

Qualification & Education

Must hold a Foundation level ABFA course certification and a full clean driving license.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working options available and open for discussion.
