Position Summary

As an Account Manager in Interventional Cardiology, you’ll deliver product knowledge and training to clinical teams, ensuring optimal usage and driving business growth through clinician engagement, education, and competitor conversion.

  • Grow existing accounts and drive new business
  • Build relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, and Cath Lab staff
  • Advise physicians on complex procedures and product use
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams to support training and market growth
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through education and engagement
  • Manage contracts, proposals, and competitor conversions
  • Attend scientific conferences and events in the UK and abroad
  • Support clinical teams during unsociable hours when required
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Preferably a 2:2 degree in Life Sciences or related (other qualifications considered)
  • At least Band 5 (if from NHS background)
  • Able to learn complex scientific/clinical content
  • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and a team player
  • Confident communicating with clinicians
  • Based within the territory
  • Cath lab or transferrable experience highly valued
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

No prior cardiology experience is required — full training is provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn, engage, and grow in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This is an exciting, challenging and stimulating role, working closely with Physicians to discuss challenges and offer information on the appropriate use of the products during Complex procedures.
