Join an innovative, independent healthcare communications agency as they hire an Account Manager for their growing Client Services team. This boutique agency has a strong focus on development, progression and flexibility, combining scientific expertise with creative thinking to deliver impactful programmes for leading pharmaceutical clients.

You will work with some of the most innovative pharmaceutical companies in the world, on projects designed to improve patient outcomes and experiences. The work is varied, from patient education and disease awareness campaigns to creative communications, digital innovation and omnichannel marketing, giving you the chance to build your skills across the full breadth of healthcare communications in a supportive environment.

• Manage day-to-day account operations, supporting the Account Director or Senior Account Director
• Lead projects from briefing through to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, trackers, approvals and creative reviews
• Contribute to strategic discussions and help shape patient-focused strategies
• Work across diverse accounts, therapy areas and deliverables, from print and digital to workshops, events and omnichannel planning
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted day-to-day contact, and spot opportunities for growth
• Get involved in new business opportunities
• Work with approval systems such as Veeva and ensure all work meets compliance requirements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in healthcare communications
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients
