Responsibilities

• Client servicing and relationship building: Serve as a point of contact for key clients, supported by the Business Lead. Build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
• Project delivery: Oversee and manage the execution of various commercial projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders through clear communication and organization.
• Operational excellence: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction. Support the team in adopting new tools and technologies.
• Reporting & Upward Management: Assist the Business Lead with reporting, including financials, and proactive communication with senior management.
• Business growth: Contribute to new business initiatives and opportunities.
• Healthcare Focus: Be passionate about delivering purposeful work, especially for Medical device and Pharma clients.

Your Clients

You will work with a diverse portfolio of GLOBAL HEALTHCARE BRANDS, each presenting unique challenges and opportunities.

Clients include:

• Alcon: Global leader in Eye Care, covering Vision Care and Surgical devices. Collaborate on Commercial Programs.
• Bayer: Major pharma company in the menopause space. Work on campaigns, social media, and science communication for both healthcare professionals and consumers.
• Convatec: Healthcare company focused on chronic care, covering strategy, product campaigns, and patient videos.
• Additional clients: Opportunities to work on more clients as the team expands.
