Job Description:

Are you interested in working for a Swiss luxury brand known for their pioneering cellular anti-aging therapies? We are looking for an Account Manager to join our South Region. Working on a single counter at John Lewis, Bluewater, you will be responsible for managing our counter, implementing effective weekly business plans, and working towards maximising retail performance targets. You will have the opportunity to work with our existing clients and recruit new customers. You may also utilise our beauty room to enhance customer experience and host on/off counter events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales using La Prairie’s selling and training guidelines.
  • Set weekly and monthly targets for the team and counter.
  • Coordinate with marketing for new launches and promotions.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening.
  • Invite customers for skincare consultations.
  • Organise external events to generate business.
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure proper product display in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

Applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
  • Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments.
