THE ROLE

This is an exciting role for an experienced Account Manager working directly with some of our biggest clients. If you've got solid experience in handling large, detailed staffing projects in a range of formats, then this could be for you. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong management skills and a head for problem solving and quality staffing solutions.

This role is a full-time position supporting our German market and works within our current hybrid working structure, where you will be expected to work within our office in London at a minimum of 3 days per week. As this role will liaise directly with our German clients, this role does require someone who has a strong German proficiency.

You will be responsible for executing specified service plans and representing our agency to the client. Here's how this role connects to our Company values:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and maintenance of strong client relationships from brief taking through to project delivery & evaluation
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between the client and agency in a professional manner
  • Create a partner, rather than a supplier relationship with clients
  • Ability to see the bigger picture of a project and to provide clients with expert opinions
  • To be able to interrogate briefs, ask relevant questions and if applicable offer advice on how to improve a campaign
  • Display excellent communication skills when dealing with clients
  • Be confident when communicating Elevate Impact (our data reporting platform) to clients
  • Always look to maximise client satisfaction, revenue and profitability
  • Project reporting and evaluation
  • To be a confident presenter and be able to present to a client in a professional manner
  • Compile all activity results and complete campaign analysis presentations
  • Manage your own and any relevant line reports' workload, ensuring a consistently high standard of output
  • Motivate your team ensuring they have the opportunity to learn and develop account handling skills
  • Build strong relationships with Event Managers and ensure campaign KPIs are met
  • Management and direction of campaign logistics by being able to confidently brief others
  • Tight financial management and control of campaign budgets to ensure margin is met
  • Understanding of company financial systems including mark-up, invoicing, POs etc
  • Use initiative to solve problems effectively and efficiently
  • Offer ideas/solutions for implementing campaigns
  • Be an expert in setting tasks and be able to confidently delegate and manage people through the project process by checking in with them throughout the project
  • Actively research competitor activity to ensure Elevate remains at the forefront of the industry
  • Understand customer's markets and competitor activity to add specific insight in dealing with all client queries

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with clients.
  • A first-class listener and communicator, with great organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Commercially savvy with a strong financial acumen.
  • Experiential agency or promotional staffing agency experience at an AM level.
  • Excellent presenting skills.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as a team with senior stakeholders, whilst also supporting the management of junior members of the team.
  • German language would be a plus.
  • Comfortable managing global projects and budgets.
  • Fluent in English and German is a MUST.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

This role offers a salary between £40,000-£45,000 depending on experience.
