Join to apply for the Account Manager (£30–35k, Remote) role at Dentology

Dentology is a fast-growing marketing agency helping high-end cosmetic dental practices attract high-value patients, streamline bookings, and scale faster.

We don’t just generate leads - we build full patient acquisition systems. Combining high-production content, paid advertising, and our in-house sales team, we help ambitious clinics grow faster and more predictably. Our clients range from leading dental practices to multi-location private groups.

We’re now hiring an Account Manager to join the core of our delivery team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of some of the UK’s most exciting dental brands - serving as the bridge between strategy, creative, media buying, and client success.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our portfolio of clients, including some of the biggest names in UK dentistry.
  • Own the performance of your accounts – acting as the central connector between content, ads, and sales to ensure everything is aligned and delivering.
  • Build strong relationships – not just reporting numbers, but becoming a trusted growth partner.
  • Lead weekly strategy and performance calls, turning data into clear, actionable insights that guide execution across teams.
  • Continuously monitor performance across the full patient journey – from ad to booking to consult – identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate across departments to uphold the high performance standard Dentology is known for.
  • Translate data into simple, strategic recommendations to drive patient bookings and revenue growth for our clients.
  • Create structured feedback loops between clients and internal teams – ensuring campaigns evolve based on performance data, not assumptions.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years experience in account management, client success, or project management (preferably in an agency or results-driven environment).
  • Clear, structured communicator – confident leading calls and translating discussions into meaningful takeaways.
  • Comfortable working with data – able to spot trends, diagnose constraints, and translate insights into action.
  • Strategic thinker – someone who enjoys solving problems, finding leverage points, and making smart decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptionally organised – able to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and timelines without dropping the ball.
  • Collaborative but assertive – know when to escalate, when to challenge, and when to push for better.
  • Think proactively and act like an owner – solving problems, improving systems, and making things better without being asked.
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in high-ticket B2C (like healthcare, aesthetics, or dental) or have experience in performance creative or paid ads.

Success in this role

6 Months

  • You’ve built strong relationships with your clients and are leading weekly calls with clarity and confidence.
  • You understand Dentology’s systems, workflows, and performance standards — and you’re using them to drive consistent campaign delivery.
  • You’re spotting patterns in the data and confidently flagging where performance needs improvement across content, ads, or lead conversion.
  • You’re working seamlessly with internal teams to keep accounts moving, and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Clients trust your input and feel supported, understood, and results-focused.

12 Months

  • You’re owning some of Dentology’s most important client accounts — leading strategy, retaining trust, and driving performance.
  • You’re regularly identifying bottlenecks in campaigns and proactively working with teams to solve them before they escalate.
  • Your input is actively shaping campaign direction — from creative iterations to conversion improvements.
  • You’re contributing ideas and suggesting refinements to internal processes, improving how we deliver results across the board.
  • You’re playing a key role in renewals, upsells, and long-term client growth.

18 Months

  • You’re a go-to team member for performance leadership — helping others solve complex account challenges and maintain high standards.
  • You’re mentoring new account managers, sharing your approach to performance, communication, and client retention.
  • You’re helping shape Dentology’s client delivery playbook — refining our standards, systems, and strategy frameworks.
  • You’ve become a key driver of client outcomes — and are trusted by both internal teams and external stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and high-performing.
  • You’re playing a strategic role in the evolution of the agency — helping influence how we scale our delivery model and deepen client relationships.

Why join Dentology?

  • Incredible client base – You’ll work with some of the UK’s leading cosmetic dental clinics - from high-end boutique practices to fast-growing dental groups.
  • Real impact – You’ll play a central role in driving client results and you’ll have real influence over the strategies we deploy.
  • Be part of a high-performance team – You’ll work alongside media buyers, creatives, and sales strategists who care deeply about performance and constantly push for better.
  • Clear progression path – We’re scaling fast, and we want people who grow with us. There’s clear room to step into more senior, strategic, or leadership roles.
  • Remote-first - You’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying closely connected to a fast-moving, high-performance team.

If you’re a sharp, proactive operator who loves solving problems, driving performance, and building strong client relationships - we’d love to hear from you.
