Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and develop plans to increase sales and profitability for mid-size accounts.
- Generate sales leads through market research, events, networking, vendor interactions, and digital tools. Contact assigned and prospective accounts to secure new business.
- Develop and implement profitable business plans for managing accounts. Collaborate with sales teams and key personnel to communicate account strategies, pricing, and support sales growth.
- Achieve sales quotas, margin goals, and manage expenses.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and enhance service.
- Maintain current product knowledge and apply it in customer service.
- Complete all sales reports and participate in company meetings.
Experience: 2-5 years in sales or related fields.
This role involves operating a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of the workweek. An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Outside Sales to professional contractors.
- Familiarity with our products and services.
