Account Manager – Fertiliser & Bio-Stimulants - King’s Lynn - £50,000 + 20% bonus + Company Car + Benefits

The Job:
We are recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of a well-established company in the fertiliser and bio-stimulant sector. This role focuses on sales, client management, and technical consultancy, supporting farmers, agronomists, and agricultural suppliers in optimising soil fertility and crop performance. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships, providing expert advice on fertilisers and bio-stimulants, and driving business growth through tailored solutions. The position requires a FACTS qualification, a strong understanding of agriculture and soil science, and a passion for sustainable farming practices.

Our client is a leading name in the fertiliser and bio-stimulant industry, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for soil health and crop productivity. With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer support, they work closely with farmers and agronomists to improve agricultural efficiency while promoting environmentally responsible farming methods.

The Candidate:

  1. FACTS Qualification (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training Scheme) – Mandatory
  2. 2-3 years of experience in agricultural sales, account management, or agronomy
  3. Strong understanding of soil science, fertiliser application, and bio-stimulants
  4. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  6. Self-motivated approach, with a track record of meeting sales targets
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools

The Package:

  1. Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 DOE , plus a 20% performance-based bonus
  2. Company car, phone, and laptop provided
  3. 28 days of paid holiday, including bank holidays
