Wild Recruitment is supporting a thriving business in their search for an Account Manager. In this role, you’ll serve as the link between clients and internal teams, driving retention and identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of key client accounts as their primary point of contact
  • Building lasting relationships through regular communication and proactive support
  • Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinating internal resources to deliver timely and effective client solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and renewals

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Strong organizational and proactive approach
  • Experience using CRM tools and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams
